Befab Ltd offers a variety of cleats. These cleats are compatible with all material finishes, whether galvanised or prepainted. For a 4-bolt connection to the section, M12 Grade 8.8 bolts are used. For bolt-on cleats, the baseplate is secured to the supporting steel structure using two M16 Grade 8.8 bolts. Additionally, an 18mm hole is provided to accommodate a safety harness connection.

Please note that due to manufacturing limitations, the maximum cleat length available is 450mm. If cleats longer than this are required, they must be fabricated separately. While the standard bolt-on cleat arrangement is shown in the diagrams, similar configurations apply in all cases.
